DESCRIPTION

Time to enjoy my Creamy Sriracha Avocado Dip. It is a super easy, ridiculously creamy and entirely vegan and gluten free dipping sauce. You can make it in simple steps from avocados, vegenaise, garlic, lemon juice, and sriracha in a single bowl.


 INGREDIENTS

  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 cup veganaise
  • 1 Tbs garlic powder
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 tsp Sriracha + more for serving
  • salt, pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pulse until well combined and creamy but do not over process. You will have some texture. If you don’t own a blender or food processor, no worries. Just mash all the ingredients with a fork together.
  2. Drizzle with more Sriracha on top and enjoy.
